A company seminar in Morocco needs good transport. People arrive at the airport, go to the hotel, then to the meeting room, the gala dinner and the activities. A minibus shuttle is the easiest way to keep the group together and on time. This guide explains which vehicle to choose, how many minibuses you need and how to plan the shuttles with your rental company.
Why use a minibus shuttle for a seminar?
If thirty people each take a taxi, they arrive at different times. You get many receipts, and someone always goes to the wrong address. With a minibus, everyone leaves at the same time from the same place.

- Clear budget: one price per vehicle per day. You know it before the event.
- Good image: clean vehicles and a driver who waits for the group. Your guests and clients notice this.
Which minibus for which group?
Our minivan and minibus rental range covers groups of 14 to 18 people per vehicle. These are the most used models for seminars:

Do you need a 15-seat minibus? We do not have a 15-seat model in our fleet today. The 16-seat Fiat Ducato Maxi is the closest option. It gives you one extra seat for a bag or a team leader. If you need another model, contact our team and we will look at your request.
Mercedes Sprinter for a premium image
Mercedes Sprinter rental is often the best choice for clients, partners or top managers. It is a well-known minibus. It is large and has good headroom. When image is important, it makes a good first impression at the airport. Before you book, ask us about the equipment you need: air conditioning, luggage space, charging points.
Always with a driver: the licence rules
In Morocco, a B licence lets you drive a vehicle with up to 9 seats, including the driver, and up to 3.5 tonnes. For more than 9 seats, you need a D licence. This is why we rent our 14 to 18-seat minibuses with a professional driver. Rules can change, so please check with us when you book.
For a seminar, this is a good thing. Nobody in your team has to drive after a long day or a dinner. The driver knows the roads, the parking areas and the hotel entrances. Do you also need to move a manager or a special guest alone? Look at our car rental with driver service. It works well with group shuttles.
How many minibuses do you need?
Never fill a minibus to 100%. Follow these steps:
- Count everyone: guests, organisers, speakers, photographer.
- Keep 10 to 15% of seats free for bags, equipment (banners, boxes, screens) and late guests.
- Split by arrival time: flights do not all land at the same time. Two small vehicles are better than one big vehicle that waits for two hours.
Some examples: for 12 people with suitcases, one 14-seat Ducato is enough. For 30 people, book two 17 or 18-seat minibuses, or one Crafter and one Ducato Maxi. For 45 people, three large minibuses give you free space and shorter trips.
Plan your shuttles
Arrival day: airport to hotel
Most seminars start at Casablanca Mohammed V airport. Send us the flight list and the number of people on each flight. We plan the shuttles around the real times. Our article on group airport transfers by van or minibus explains this first step in detail.
Work days
You have two options. You can book single trips (hotel to meeting room, morning and evening). Or you can keep the minibus and driver for the full day. The full day is better when your programme changes often.
Evening and day trip
The gala dinner and the day trip need more care. The times are late, the places are often outside the city and people are tired. From Casablanca to Marrakech, plan about 240 km and 2 h 45 on the motorway. There are tolls on the motorway. Also plan the return trip and some breaks.
Budget: questions to ask
The price of a minibus is per vehicle and per day. To compare offers, always ask the same questions:
- Is the driver included? For how many hours per day?
- Are fuel and motorway tolls included?
- Who pays for the driver's meals and hotel if the seminar lasts several days outside Casablanca?
- What happens if a flight is late?
Ask for a written quote that answers each point.

Can I drive a 17-seat minibus myself?
No, not with a B licence. For more than 9 seats, including the driver, you need a D licence. So we rent our 14 to 18-seat minibuses with a driver. If you want to drive, choose a vehicle with 9 seats or less.
Do you have a 15-seat minibus?
Not in our fleet today. We have 14, 16, 17 and 18 seats. The 16-seat model is the closest to a 15-seat one. For another model, ask us.
How early should I book?
For a seminar, book several weeks before, mainly if you need several minibuses on the same day. For a small shuttle, a few days can be enough. It depends on availability.
