This policy explains what personal data Alliance Tours collects on the alliancetours.ma website and when you rent a vehicle. It also explains why we use this data and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data
Your data is handled by Alliance Tours, a car rental company based in Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: contact@alliancetours.ma.
Data we collect
- Booking and contact requests: name, phone number, email address, dates and place to get the car, the vehicle you want, your message.
- Rental: a copy of your driving licence and ID document, deposit information, and the vehicle check report.
- Use of the website: technical data (type of browser, pages you visit, language) and cookies. Our cookie policy explains them.
Why we use your data
- To answer your requests and manage your bookings.
- To write the rental contract and follow our legal and insurance duties.
- To manage the deposit, and any damage, fines or disputes.
- To make the website work better.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to send you marketing without your consent.
Who can see your data
The Alliance Tours team can see your data. When needed, our technical providers (website hosting, email), our insurance company and the authorities, when the law requires it, can also see it. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages also go through this service, which has its own rules.
How long we keep your data
We keep requests that do not lead to a booking for a limited time. We keep data about a rental contract for as long as we need it to manage the contract. After that, we keep it for the time required by legal and accounting rules.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to see your data, to correct it, and to object to its use for a legitimate reason. To use these rights, write to contact@alliancetours.ma. Visitors who live in the European Union also have the rights given by the GDPR.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data against loss, access without permission or sharing. No sending of data over the Internet is fully safe. So we advise you not to send sensitive documents through channels that are not secure.
